Registering with Kal Jacobs gives you exclusive and first hand access to our special offers, promotions and events. You will require a Kal Jacobs account in order to make purchases on the website. Other benefits include managing your order history, applying for exchanges directly from your account, access to Wish List, order history, etc.
To create an account, select REGISTER on the navigation bar and fill in your details – name, email address, phone number, address and password. At the time of registration, you are required to provide information about yourself that is accurate and current in all respects. Terms of Purchase
To make purchases on Kal Jacobs, you will require a Kal Jacobs account which should provide your accurate and current personal details – name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. At checkout, you will also be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant as both valid and accurate, also that you confirm you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Kal Jacobs reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or address.
Pricing & Shipping Information
All prices are shown in AED. As of now, there are no taxes for the UAE. You have the option to choose your currency at the time of purchase. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.
We deliver to GCC countries. Local import duties and additional shipping charges apply and are payable at the time of check out and/or on receipt of your item.
Please be sure to check Customs Duties & Clearance fees with the local authorities of country the item is being shipped to.
We do not deliver to postal addresses. We will require a physical address to fulfill delivery of orders.

Orders
All orders placed at Kal Jacobs are subject to acceptance and availability of the item(s). The items in your Shopping Bag are not reserved and may be available for purchase by other customers. Kal Jacobs offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Items that are Out of Stock will be displayed as such.
A Confirmation email with the details of your orders will be sent to you once an order is placed. Please be aware that this email is only an acknowledgement of your order and not of fulfillment.
A Dispatch Confirmation email will be sent from us to you confirming the goods have been dispatched to you, unless you have cancelled your order prior to receiving the Dispatch Confirmation email. A signature to confirm receipt of the order is required upon delivery. Items that are sent to an address other than the billing address may be subject to confirmation with the cardholder. If you are unable to sign for it yourself, please be sure to entrust someone to sign on your behalf. Kal Jacobs does not take responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for.
Payment
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are requested to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham), within the UAE only. We also offer PayPal as a payment option. We do not accept cheques.
Please note for COD, not accepting an order or not being able to fulfill total payment at the time of delivery may result in loss of COD purchasing privileges at Kal Jacobs and/or account suspension.
We are rigorous in our efforts to ensure you shopping experience with us is convenient, safe and secure. Here’s how we do it:

- We abide by a very strict customer privacy policy and therefore do not store any of your credit or debit card information, which leaves no room for error in charging you more than once the final value of each transaction.
Returns
We provide our customers with a 7-day free returns period within the UAE only. Please note that only the first returns/exchange is free. A charge of AED 22 will be applied for subsequent returns/exchanges. Please note that when returning an item, it is securely packaged in its original condition, unused, unwashed and in tact with all Kal Jacobs tags, dust bags, boxes and other packaging materials. Items returned otherwise may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You will require a Kal Jacobs account in order to apply for a Exchange/Returns. Please see our Returns Policy here.
