How do I set up an account?
Signing up with Kal Jacobs gives you exclusive and first hand access to our special offers, promotions and events. Other benefits include managing your order history, apply for exchanges directly from your account, access to Wish List, etc.

To create an account, select Sign Up on the navigation bar and fill in your details – name, email address, phone number and password.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, go to ‘Forgot Password’ on the Sign In page and you will receive a link to your registered email address. Through this link, you can reset your password and continue to access your Kal Jacobs account.

How do I make a purchase on kaljacobs.com?
You can shop at Kal Jacobs 24/7! Browse our store and when you see something you like, simply add the item to your Shopping Bag (it’s the little bag icon). The Shopping Bag icon will display the number of items you have placed in it. Clicking on the Shopping Bag will show you details of the items you have placed in it.

Once you’ve selected all the items you would like to purchase, you can click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button in your Shopping Bag OR you will find a ‘CHECKOUT’ button next on each item page.

You will be required to confirm your personal details, billing & shipping addresses and payment details. You will be requested to read our T&C, if you have understood and agree to our T&C, please check the box. Confirm your order and checkout.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your order through a confirmation email with an order number to your registered email address.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, you will need to set up an account with Kal Jacobs in order to complete the ordering process.

For returning customers, please log in by entering your email address and chosen password. Confirm the details that appear are correct and proceed to checkout.

For new customers, you will need to set up an account with us. Select Sign Up on the navigation bar and fill in your details – name, email address, password, phone number and country.

Which size should I choose?
Picking the right size on Kal Jacobs couldn’t be simpler. From our informative Size Guide, to our How-to-Measure-Yourself video, to details on our different Shirt Fits & Styles, you are sure to pick the size and fit that’s right for you. How do I know if an item is available or out of stock?
We only sell items that are in stock. For example, if a particular size is unavailable, you will see an ‘Out of Stock’ notification when you try to make that size selection. A big part of our shirts are seasonal exclusives, which means we produce only limited pieces that are available for that season.

Can I track my orders?
Yes, you can track the status of your orders in ‘My account’. Once you have placed an order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email, which means that we have accepted your order.
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email, after which you can track your order.

What is a COUPON CODE?
A Coupon Code (example: KJEX123) may be issued during special promotions, offers & discounts and as store credit. Coupon Codes either have a fixed value ( example: AED 100) to it or a fixed percentage (eg: 35%). Each Coupon Code has it’s own validity, conditions and terms of use – depending on the promotion, offer, discount and/or store credit..

How do I use a COUPON CODE?
Once you have decided to proceed with your purchase, you will be directed to the CHECKOUT page. After order details have been entered, you will see “APPLY COUPON” just before the total order value. Enter the relevant Coupon Code here and click “APPLY COUPON”. This should then revise your total order value depending on the conditions of the Coupon Code.

How many COUPON CODES can I use on each transaction?
You can only use one Coupon Code per transaction.

What if the total value of my order is less than the issued value of the COUPON CODE?
If you have a STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE with us and have used it towards a purchase less than the value of the STORE CREDIT, not to worry. Please let us know and we will issue you a new coupon code for the remaining value.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?
All Kal Jacobs shirts are sent with great care in our sturdy signature boxes. Each shirt is perfectly folded and securely packaged in a plastic dust proof cover within the box.

Is your KJ packaging eco-friendly?
As best as we can, we are committed to being earth friendly and we address this in our packaging.

Our boxes are made of at least 90% recycled materials.
Our plastic shirt covers and tissue wrapper are 100% recyclable.
The inks we use are eco-friendly.
Where possible, we try to source our packaging materials locally thereby reducing our carbon footprint.

We encourage our customers to consider RE-USING or UPCYCLING our boxes for purposes such as storage, decorative crafts, arts – be as creative as you can be! Or hey, you could just drop it off at your nearest RECYCLING centre.

What payment methods does Kal Jacobs accept?
All major credit & debit cards are accepted, except Electron and Solo. *PLEASE NOTE: Our Credit/Debit Card Payment option is temporarily unavailable. It won’t be long before this payment option is up and running. Until then, kindly bear with us and choose to make your purchase using our other TWO payment options – Cash on Delivery and PayPal.*
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham), within the UAE only. Payment can also be made via PayPal. We do not accept cheques.

What are the terms of Cash on Delivery?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham), within the UAE only. Kindly note that not accepting an order or not being able to fulfill total payment at the time of delivery may result in loss of COD purchasing privileges at Kal Jacobs and/or account suspension.

When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of confirming your order.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card online at Kal Jacobs?
We are rigorous in our efforts to ensure you shopping experience with us is convenient, safe and secure. Here’s how we do it:

We use SSL technology.
We use a well renowned and very reputable gateway service to process and protect your online transactions from unauthorized use.
We abide by a very strict customer privacy policy and therefore do not store any of your credit or debit card information, which leaves no room for error in charging you more than once the final value of each transaction.

I do not live in the UAE or GCC. Which countries does Kal Jacobs ship to?
Kal Jacobs ships to the UAE, GCC countries and most countries outside the GCC.

Does Kal Jacobs deliver to postal addresses?
No, we do not deliver to postal addresses. We will require a physical address to fulfil delivery of orders.

Can I have my purchases delivered to an address other than my card billing address?
If you wish to ship your order to an address other than your card billing address, please state this in the ‘Shipping Address’ section of the checkout process. Items that are sent to an address other than the billing address may be subject to confirmation with the cardholder.

Do the prices of the items on KJ include tax?
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams and is inclusive of taxes only within the UAE.

Does Kal Jacobs ship to multiple addresses?
No, separate orders will have to be placed should you require shipping to multiple addresses.

How soon can I get my order?
All items are shipped from Dubai, UAE using reputable and reliable courier companies. Please see here for our shipping information and charges.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit/debit card authorization. Occasionally, some items may not be in stock immediately and this can cause short delays in delivery. Should this ever happen, one of our Team Members will be in contact with you to sort out the matter.

What if I do not receive my order within the specified delivery period?
We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you at the specified delivery period. If your delivery is delayed due to stock availability, public holidays or credit/debit card authorization issues, one of our Team Members will contact you as soon as possible to sort out the matter. You may also contact us directly and we would be happy to investigate the matter for you.

Do I need to sign for my order? Can somebody else sign for the order on my behalf?
Yes, a signature to confirm receipt of the order is required upon delivery. Items that’s are sent to an address other than the billing address may be subject to confirmation with the cardholder. If you are unable to sign for it yourself, please be sure to entrust someone to sign on your behalf. Kal Jacobs does not take responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for.

How do I return or exchange an item? Can I return a gift item?
We provide our customers with a 7-day returns period from date of delivery, within the UAE only. Yes, you can return a gift item. Please note that only the first returns/exchange is free. A charge of AED 22 will be applied to subsequent returns/exchanges. When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged in its original condition, unused, unwashed and in tact with all Kal Jacobs tags, dust bags, boxes and other packaging materials. Items returned otherwise may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We do not offer exchange/returns on any complimentary/free items unless it is sent back with purchased items that need to be exchanged.

If you wish to return a purchase and have an existing account with Kal Jacobs, please log into your account, fill out the Returns Form and submit. If you do not have an account with Kal Jacobs and/or the item was a gift, kindly create an account, fill out the Returns Form and submit. Alternatively, you can contact us on customercare@kaljacobs.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We do not offer cash refunds, credit/debit card refunds.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once the item has been dispatched from our distribution centre. At this point, it is better to exchange the item for another item or for store credit.

Do you offer store credit? How long is store credit valid for?
Yes, we do! We are pleased to offer you Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item/s, not including any delivery/courier charges., taxes, customs duties, VAT, etc The store credit amount will be credited to your Kal Jacobs account and automatically deducted from your next purchase/s. If the purchase value is less than the store credit amount, the remaining store credit will be available in your account.
If the purchase value is over the store credit amount, you will be requested to pay the difference. You are free to use this store credit across Kal Jacobs products excluding shipping/delivery/taxes/customs/VAT, Store credit is valid for 3 months from Date of issue.

What if I have received faulty goods? Do you offer a repairs service?
From production to dispatch, our products undergo meticulous quality check at every stage. In case you have received an item that may be damaged, defective or has missing pieces, please be sure to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will offer to repair or replace the faulty item, if available.

What is a KJ wish list?
The KJ Wishlist helps you collect and keep track of the items you would like to have on Kal Jacobs. So long as the items are available, you can view the items on your wishlist and choose to add it to your shopping bag when you decide to order. You also have the option to share your wishlist with friends and family – a great way to let them know of the things you might like as gifts.

Will I be notified of an item’s status?
If an item on your wishlist is unavailable or out of stock, it will show as such. If an item on your wishlist is currently on sale, the sale price will be displayed of that item.

The colour of the item I’ve ordered appears to be slightly different to what I’ve ordered. Why?
The product images on the Kal Jacobs website are taken by a professional fashion photographer. These images and colours that appear the Kal Jacobs website are optimized to allow for the most accurate display of our products. Monitor displays vary and the accuracy of these images and colours as displayed on your monitor are out of our control.

Is my personal information kept private?
We respect your privacy rights and are committed to protecting your personal data. We do not store your credit or debit card information and therefore have no access to this. We will never disclose any of this information to third parties, except to comply with the law and where a relevant third party is part of providing you with a service, such as delivery or processing payment or the like.

What are cookies?
Cookies are very small bits of information that a website sends and stores on a user’s browser or other access devices which the website can access whenever the user visits the website in the future. Kal Jacobs uses cookies to identify, track and analyse how our customers use the website. By using cookies, we help in making your shopping experience much simpler for you in several ways – for example, in remembering your username, language, address, shopping cart items, wish list, etc.
